Subscription or one-time?
The honest version: if you want Outlook, cloud storage and new features as they ship, take a subscription. If you want Word and Excel on one machine forever, buy the key once.

From checkout to installed
Three steps, about ten minutes
STEP 01
Pick the right license
Not sure? The comparison above settles most of it, or send us the machine and the job and we will tell you which SKU covers it.
STEP 02
Check out securely
Card, Shop Pay, PayPal or Apple Pay. Payment is handled by Shopify — we never see your card details.
STEP 03
Redeem and install
Your key arrives by email with a link to setup.office.com. Sign in, paste the key, download the apps.
Before you buy
Questions we actually get asked
Where do these licenses come from?
Every key is validated as genuine and unredeemed before it goes into stock, and the listing tells you exactly which edition and region you are buying. That is why we can back activation the way we do — if a key does not work, we replace it or refund it, no argument about whose fault it was.
What exactly do I receive?
An email containing your 25-character product key, the redemption link, and step-by-step activation instructions. Nothing is shipped. Keep that email — and if you ever lose it, ask us and we will resend the key against your order number.
Does this work on a Mac?
Microsoft 365 Personal, Family and Business Standard all install on macOS as well as Windows, plus iPad, iPhone and Android. Office 2024 one-time keys are sold as either a PC or a Mac license — pick the right variant at checkout.
What if the key will not activate?
Email us the error message and your order number. We will either walk you through the fix or issue a replacement key the same business day. If neither works, you get a full refund.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 30 days, as long as the key has not been redeemed. Once a key is tied to a Microsoft account it cannot be resold, so redeemed keys are only refundable if they are faulty.
Do you handle bulk or business orders?
We do. Five seats or more qualifies for volume pricing, invoicing on terms, and a named contact for renewals. Email business@nimbuslicensing.com with your seat count.
Still not sure which license you need?
Tell us the machine, the people and the job. We will name the SKU that covers it — and say so if the cheaper one is enough.
