Activating takes about five minutes
Open the redemption link
The link in your email goes to setup.office.com. Sign in with the Microsoft account you want this attached to — or create one, it is free.
Enter your key
Paste the 25-character key, confirm your country and language. Get the country right: it sets the region the license belongs to and cannot be changed afterwards.
Install the apps
Download from your Microsoft account page and sign in once. The apps stay activated as long as the license is valid.
Questions about this license
Is this the same product I would buy from Microsoft?
Yes — the same Microsoft 365 Apps for Business, redeemed the same way. Every key is validated as genuine and unredeemed before it ships. What differs is the price, and the fact that a person answers when activation goes sideways.
I already have a subscription. Will this extend it?
If you redeem the key against the same Microsoft account, the time is added to the end of your current subscription rather than replacing it. Mixing plans — a Personal key against a Family subscription, say — converts at a ratio Microsoft sets, so check before you redeem.
What happens when the 12 months are up?
It renews automatically at Microsoft's price unless you turn renewal off in your Microsoft account. Plenty of customers turn it off on day one and buy another key from us when the year is out — that is fine, and usually cheaper.
What if the key will not activate?
Email us the exact error text and your order number. We will either walk you through the fix or issue a replacement the same business day. If neither works, you get a full refund.
Can I get an invoice for my business?
An invoice is attached to the delivery email automatically. If you need it addressed to a company name, add it in the order notes at checkout, or email us the order number afterwards.
