Keep that email. If it ever gets buried, send us your order number and we will resend the key.

Activating takes about five minutes
Open Activation settings
On the PC you are licensing, go to Settings → System → Activation. If it already says Windows is activated, you are upgrading an edition rather than activating a fresh install.
Change product key
Choose Change product key, paste the 25 characters, and let Windows verify it online. Nothing is downloaded — the edition you already have is unlocked in place.
Restart once
Home-to-Pro upgrades restart to finish. Your files, apps and settings stay exactly where they are; only the edition changes.
Questions about this license
Is this the same product I would buy from Microsoft?
Yes — the same Windows 11 Pro, redeemed the same way. Every key is validated as genuine and unredeemed before it ships. What differs is the price, and the fact that a person answers when activation goes sideways.
Is this really a one-time purchase?
Yes. There is no renewal and no subscription. You get security updates for the supported lifetime of the version, but not the new features that ship to Microsoft 365 subscribers.
Can I move it to a new computer later?
A retail license can be transferred to a replacement machine. Deactivate it on the old one first. OEM keys cannot be moved — if that matters to you, ask us before ordering and we will tell you which this is.
What if the key will not activate?
Email us the exact error text and your order number. We will either walk you through the fix or issue a replacement the same business day. If neither works, you get a full refund.
Can I get an invoice for my business?
An invoice is attached to the delivery email automatically. If you need it addressed to a company name, add it in the order notes at checkout, or email us the order number afterwards.
