Open the redemption link
The link in your email goes to setup.office.com. Sign in with the Microsoft account you want this attached to — or create one, it is free.
Enter your key
Paste the 25-character key, confirm your country and language. Get the country right: it sets the region the license belongs to and cannot be changed afterwards.
Install the apps
Download from your Microsoft account page and sign in once. The apps stay activated as long as the license is valid.

Is this the same product I would buy from Microsoft?
Yes — the same Office Home & Business 2024, redeemed the same way. Every key is validated as genuine and unredeemed before it ships. What differs is the price, and the fact that a person answers when activation goes sideways.
Is this really a one-time purchase?
Yes. There is no renewal and no subscription. You get security updates for the supported lifetime of the version, but not the new features that ship to Microsoft 365 subscribers.
Can I move it to a new computer later?
A retail license can be transferred to a replacement machine. Deactivate it on the old one first. OEM keys cannot be moved — if that matters to you, ask us before ordering and we will tell you which this is.
What if the key will not activate?
Email us the exact error text and your order number. We will either walk you through the fix or issue a replacement the same business day. If neither works, you get a full refund.
Can I get an invoice for my business?
An invoice is attached to the delivery email automatically. If you need it addressed to a company name, add it in the order notes at checkout, or email us the order number afterwards.
